Private luxury villa with a pool
THE VILLA
The Villa sleeps eight in four large bedrooms. A kids TV open mezzanine area (with king sized bed) can also sleep two additional guests. With vast living areas and a sun-kissed deck surrounded by a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, where a pathway leads you to the beach. At the heart of the villa is the pool, here you will find a cushioned cabana, plenty of sun loungers, fluffy towels and loads of pool toys for the little ones (and the big ones!).

Overlooking the pool, the bright, airy living spaces are designed for gatherings; with a huge dining area with open plan kitchen and a luxuriously furnished lounge that spills out into the gardens. All mod-cons are catered for with everything from a coffee machine and fridge stocked with snacks and drinks (should you need something, simply ask your host) to a fully equipped entertainment system and comp WiFi throughout.
Upstairs, a smaller, second lounge area (great for kids, or escaping them) leads off to a balconied sun terrace that overlooks the pool and garden.
Because we wanted to share our villa with travelling families and friends we built four spacious bedrooms with over-sized bathrooms, deluxe amenities and outdoor showers. The Couples Retreat, also has a private outdoor bathtub. Three rooms have king sized beds while the Banyan Crib has two single-king beds that can easily be made into a supersized king upon request. All the bedrooms are styled with quality linens and four poster beds. Air conditioning, wifi, cable tv and fans go without saying.

BANYAN MASTER POOL VIEW ROOM
Located on the ground floor, the Banyan Master Pool View Room has French doors opening to the swimming pool and deck as well as its own private outdoor bathtub and courtyard.  The room has contemporary styling with polished concrete floors. A four poster king bed with mosquito net, deluxe linens and pillows beckons. The room has a private ensuite with fluffy towels,  waterfall shower, hair dryer,  and all the high end amenities you’ll need.
BANYAN DELUXE RETREAT
The Banyan Deluxe Retreat is situated on the ground floor and has its own entrance. Its perfect for early birds or night owls, leaving early or returning late without disrupting the house or guests. It’s also great for guests who prefer a little extra privacy. French doors lead to a small garden area and outdoor shower. Like our other rooms, it features a four poster king bed, luxe linens, ensuite with hairdryer, waterfall shower and sumptuous amenities. We have also popped some ear plugs in for the lighter sleepers.
BANYAN UPSTAIRS POOL VIEW ROOM
Upstairs you will find our spacious Pool View Room. Large windows fold back to allow the afternoon ocean breezes to fill your room. The contemporary ensuite offers a pool view as well as deluxe amenities, waterfall shower and hair dryer. Sleep soundly (we provide ear plugs for those who use them) in the ultra comfortable four poster king bed with plush bedding.
BANYAN TWIN ROOM
Our Banyan Twin Room is upstairs with twin king beds. It’s perfect for children or traveling friends. Our luxe mattress toppers and linen mean they can easily be presented as a super large king bed. So if you need an extra king bed it’s easy. The ensuite bathroom is just outside the room and offers an al fresco waterfall shower, deluxe amenities, fluffy towels and a hair dryer.  Don’t like your friend’s snoring? We have ear plugs!
THE MEZZANINE
Lazy chill area by day, king bed accommodating two extra sleepers by night. The open mezzanine area is the perfect place for the kids (or adults!) to relax. With access to our roof terrace, TV, books and games its a great space to unwind. Can be converted to a comfortable sleeping area for two with king sized bed, air conditioning and access to shower room that's shared with our twin room.
